What is the return and exchange policy on KristianEdde.com?
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unworn items in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Simply use the Return Authorization link in your Order History or log in to your account to begin the process. Guest customers can request returns through the same return form using their order number and email.
Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirming approval and refund completion.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, initiate the return process and once the original is received, place a new order for the replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, Customer Care can assist with alternative options.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is free within Sweden. For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Return instructions and shipping labels, where applicable, will be included in your delivery or provided digitally during the return authorization process.
Defective or incorrect items
If your product arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact Customer Care immediately and provide photos. We will arrange for return or immediate replacement at no cost.
Refund timeframes for duties and taxes
Customs duties and taxes paid during checkout can be refunded, subject to your local regulations. These refunds will be issued together with your item refund. Please note that processing times may vary depending on local authorities.
Final sale
Items marked as final sale or personalized to your order are non-returnable. This includes made-to-order pieces featuring customizations.
