What are the shipping delivery times and shipping costs on KristianEdde.com?
All orders enjoy free worldwide shipping, reflecting our premium service and commitment to global customers. Because each item is made to order, delivery timelines depend on the product:
- Small accessories (e.g. cardholders): typically shipped within 5 to 10 business days.
- Medium items (e.g. watch straps, slippers): shipped within 14 to 30 business days.
- Large leather goods (e.g. bags, clutches): shipped within 30 to 50 days.
How the process works
Once your order is placed our production team crafts it in Stockholm. You receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Our premium couriers deliver Monday through Friday, and will attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery attempts fail your parcel is returned and you will be contacted to arrange redelivery.
Delivery address changes cannot be made after orders are confirmed. All orders are processed automatically to ensure smooth dispatch so expedited or delayed shipments are not available.
Can I choose a delivery date or time?
We do not offer scheduled delivery dates or time windows. Delivery timing is based on shipping partner operations.
Where is my order?
You can view order and shipping status in your Order History if you have an account. Guest users may use the Order Status page via order number and email.
What if my order is late?
If delivery exceeds the expected timeframe we recommend:
- Checking your Order History or Order Status
- Verifying the shipping address used at checkout
If delays persist please contact Customer Care for assistance.
Shipping restrictions
- We cannot ship to P O boxes or General Delivery addresses. Orders with these destinations will be cancelled
- The shipping country must match the version of the site where you placed the order. To send to a different country please select the correct region via the footer menu
What if my parcel is damaged?
Upon delivery please confirm:
- All boxes listed in your shipment have been received
- Packaging is intact and the product is in perfect condition
If there is any damage or discrepancy, please note it clearly on the courier’s delivery document, sign it and contact Customer Care immediately.
How do I place an order on KristianEdde.com?

3. Review your cart contents and click Checkout
3. Enter your shipping and payment details
4. Confirm the details and click Place Order
You can proceed with a Kristian Eddé account to save your information and access exclusive care details on select pieces or check out as a guest. An order confirmation will arrive by email and a shipment notification once your package is dispatched. For assistance completing your purchase our Customer Care team is ready to assist or place the order for you.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders are processed swiftly to ensure fast dispatch. Once confirmed cancellation or changes are not allowed. You may return or exchange any item once it arrives as outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy. For support please contact Customer Care.
What is a pre-order?
Pre-order allows you to reserve handcrafted items not yet available. Each product page shows an estimated delivery date. If your order includes both in stock and pre-order items they will ship separately. Pre-orders with different delivery dates also ship separately. All pre-order items are charged via credit card authorization at checkout. We place a seven day hold for the total amount. When the item is ready to ship final authorization occurs and your card is charged at dispatch. Should the charge fail we will ask for updated payment details.
How do I check my order status?
If you used an account log in to Order History to track progress. If you checked out as guest visit our Order Status page and enter your order number and email.
How is my order packaged?
Each item arrives in branded packaging inside a discreet protective box with paper filler for secure delivery consistent with luxury presentation standards.
Gift option
Select gift presentation at checkout and your order will arrive in signature green packaging tied with black ribbon. A handwritten style note will be included with no pricing information to preserve the experience.
Customer Care hours and holiday closures
Customer Care operates Monday through Friday during standard Swedish working hours. We are closed on official public holidays in Sweden including January 1 (New Year’s Day), January 6 (Epiphany), Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, May 1 (Labour Day), May 29 (Ascension Day), June 6 (National Day), June 21 (Midsummer Day), November 1 (All Saints’ Day), December 25 (Christmas Day) and December 26 (Boxing Day). In addition we observe limited hours or closure on Easter Eve (April 18), Midsummer Eve (June 20), Christmas Eve (December 24) and New Year’s Eve (December 31). Please plan ahead as shipping carriers banks public services and retail outlets may operate on holiday schedules.
